Report calls for NHS to use simulation before making leap to decisions with widespread health repercussions

A report recently released by the Cumberland Initiative (found at http://www.cumberland-initiative.org) called on the National Health Service (UK) to utilize systems using simulation techniques to reduce risk before placing decisions into action on the population at large.
