SFI announces a new residential fellowship for accomplished journalists: the Santa Fe Institute Journalism Fellowship in Complex Systems Science.
Modeled after signature journalism fellowships at other research institutions, this program will bring to SFI accomplished reporters with an interest in problems that transdisciplinary, complex systems science might help address.
For a period of two to six months, selected fellows have rare access to SFI’s approach, people, and education programs, giving them an immersive experience in the methods and tools modern science can bring to bear on some of the most complex and interrelated problems of our time.
It is a paid position, and fellowship durations and dates are flexible.
The application deadline for the inaugural fellowship is September 1.
