from the website announcement:
The 2013 LINKS Center workshop on social network analysis will be held June 3 through June 7, on the University of Kentucky campus. Registration opened March 15 and closes May 15. For details on the various modules offered, please click on the schedule page.
The annual LINKS Center summer workshop provides training in social network analysis (SNA) at both beginner’s and advanced levels. The workshop is taught by a team of instructors including Filip Agneessens, Steve Borgatti, Dan Brass, Rich DeJordy, Dan Halgin, Jeff Johnson, David Krackhardt, Joe Labianca, Ajay Mehra and Tom Valente. The hallmark of our workshop is clarity.
The base cost for the 1-week workshop is $1500, but students pay only half price, or $750. In addition, we offer a 20% discount for early registration. An extra fee of $50 is charged for the pre-workshop conference. Except for a few special events, costs do not include food, lodging or transportation. Full refunds for cancellations can be obtained up until one week before the workshop.
What’s New this Year
This year we introduce 1.5-hour mini-modules covering specific topics such as online network surveys and analyzing cognitive social structure data.
We also introduce data labs where you can bring your data and work with someone to analyze it.
Finally, we also expand our 1-on-1 consultations.
